After taking a class on creativity in college where at least one of our exams involved painting totem poles and eating classmates' favorite foods, I'm a firm believer that finals can be fun. Or at least sweet.
This semester, I hauled in some for-you-for-me donuts to sweeten the day for my writing students who were giving presentations. And someone give me a medal for dropping off the extras in the department office instead of scarfing them myself.
