For me, steak typically equates to special occasion. Either I'm ordering it in a fancy restaurant or cooking it up for a production-number date night dinner. This week, it was just another Project Waste Not, Want Not ingredient, albeit a super tasty one, for a mundane Monday night meal. What a good way to spice up the work week!
